    PERKEMBANGAN TRADISI GANTANGAN PADA MASYARAKAT PAGADEN KABUPATEN SUBANG 1980-2010

    Skripsi ini berjudul Perkembangan Tradisi Gantangan Pada Masyarakat Pagaden Kabupaten Subang 1980-2010. Penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap tradisi masyarakat dalam sebuah pesta hajatan baik itu berupa pesta pernikahan ataupun pesta khitanan anak. Tradisi ini hampir sama dengan kondangan pada umumnya, akan tetapi yang membedakan dari tradisi ini adanya unsur timbal-balik (resiprositas) dalam bentuk hutang piutang berupa beras dan uang seperti sistem arisan yang sudah berlangsung selama kurang lebih 30 tahunan, tradisi ini mereka sebut dengan gantangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari tahu mengenai asal-usul tradisi gantangan, perkembangan tradisi gantangan dan dampak tradisi gantangan terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat Pagaden. Tradisi gantangan menarik untuk diteliti karena seperti yang diketahui masyarakat pada umumnya bahwa sebuah pemberian baik itu berupa uang, beras dan barang atau sesuatu yang berharga berupa kado dalam sebuah pesta hajatan pernikahan, khitanan dan syukuran merupakan sebuah tradisi sumbangan yang sifatnya sukarela akan tetapi dalam tradisi gantangan sumbangan tersebut bersifat pinjaman yang nantinya akan ditagih kembali ketika tamu undangan tersebut mengadakan hajatan yang serupa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian sejarah, dengan cara mencari sumber-sumber sejarah berupa sumber tertulis maupun sumber lisan dengan wawancara, memilah sumber-sumber sejarah, mengkritik sumber sejarah, menafsirkan, menjelaskan dan menyajikan sumber-sumber sejarah tersebut ke dalam sebuah penulisan sejarah (historiografi) yang berbentuk skripsi ini. Berdasarkan penelitian, tradisi gantangan yang berkembang pada masyarakat Pagaden lahir akibat dari adanya sistem nyambungan yang ada sebelum dilakukannya pencatatan. Akibat adanya pengaruh kebudayaan dari masyarakat luar Subang bagian utara kemudian tradisi tersebut muncul dan direspons oleh masyarakat Pagaden yang disesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi budaya setempat yang kemudian berkembang menjadi sebuah tradisi gantangan dalam pesta hajatan pada tahun 1980 dengan dimulainya sistem pencatatan. Pada tahun 1990 penyebaran tradisi gantangan semakin meluas akibat dari adanya swasembada beras 1984 dan berkembangnya teknologi penggilingan beras yang tadinya menggunakan peralatan sederhana terbuat dari kayu beralih menggunakan mesin, hampir di setiap desa yang ada di kecamatan Pagaden, masyarakatnya melakukan tradisi gantangan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya temuan buku catatan gantangan yang dibuat pada tahun 90-an. Tradisi gantangan mendapat berbagai tanggapan dari kalangan tokoh masyarakat di Kecamatan Pagaden, ada yang setuju dengan alasan saling tolong menolong dan ada yang tidak setuju karena menambah beban hutang-piutang keluarga terutama terhadap golongan yang kurang mampu. Tradisi Gantangan berdampak terhadap kehidupan sosial-ekonomi masyarakat berupa saling tolong-menolong dan pada tahun 2010 tradisi tersebut cenderung menjadi sebuah ajang bisnis dengan menunjukan adanya gejala komersialisasi. Dalam tradisi gantangan tolong menolong itu bukan atas asas suka rela melainkan saling adanya balas-membalas hal tersebut sesuai dengan teori pertukaran sosial yaitu adanya prinsip timbal-balik (principle of reciprocity) dengan menunjukan gejala resiprositas sebanding. ;--- This study entitled The History and Transformation of Indonesian “Gantangan” Tradition In rural Communities in Pagaden, Subang, West Java in the period 1980 to 2010. This research was conducted in a traditional celebration party arena, both marriage and child circumcision (khitanan). This tradition is similar to the invitation (kondangan) in general, but the difference is the element of reciprocity in the form of accounts payable (rice and money) that has lasted for more than 30 years, it’s called Gantangan. The purpose of this study was to find out the origins and development of gantangan tradition and its impact on socio-economic conditions of Pagaden’s rural communities. Authors use the historical research methods, by searching historical sources written or unwritten through in-depth interviews, sorting historical sources, historical source criticism, interpret, explain and present the historical sources into a writing of history (historiography). Based on this research Gantangan were born out from the presence of nyambungan (gift) existing system before the date of recording. Due to cultural influence from outside (North Subang) then the tradition emerged in 1980 with the start of the recording system (Gantangan Notebooks). This tradition increasingly widespread In the 1990’s. This is caused by the self-sufficiency of rice in 1984 and development of the rice milling technology that was using simple equipment made of wood turning using the machine. Almost every village in the subdistrict Pagaden doing this tradition. This is evidenced by the many findings of gantangan notebooks made in the 1990s. This tradition got a variety of responses from the community leaders in the District Pagaden, anyone agree with the reasons helping each other and otherwise disagree because it adds debt especially to the poor families. Since 2010 these traditions tend to be a business event to show the symptoms of the economic commercialization. Helping each other (gotong royong) rather than on the principle of voluntary but reciprocal (principle of reciprocity)

    Peran Organizational Commitment terhadap Hubungan Work-Family Conflict dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Wanita di Kota Seribu Industri Tangerang

    This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction through organizational commitment (affective, continuence, normative) as mediation. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 215 population of woman employee in a packaging industry in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 170 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict have not significant effect on job satisfaction, work-family conflict have significant effect on organizational commitment (affective, continuence, normative), and organizational commitment (continuence and normative) have mediating effect on relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction, except affective commitment have not significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among woman employee of packaging industry in Tangerang through enhancing organizational commitment and by manage the work-family conflict. This research could pave the way to improve woman employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0

    Entrepreneurial Decision-Making: The Role of e-Commerce and Accounting Information Systems

    This study aims to obtain evidence regarding the influence of e-commerce on decision-making for entrepreneurship, and the effect of using accounting information systems on decision-making for entrepreneurship. This research was conducted at one of the universities in Jakarta. The data collection method used in this study was a survey method with a questionnaire technique. The population in this study were students of all majors who had status as active students. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to 102 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that e-commerce has a positive effect on decision-making for entrepreneurship, and the use of accounting information systems has a positive effect on decision-making for entrepreneurship

    Pengaruh Dimensi Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional: Studi Kasus pada Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta

    This study aimed to measure the effect of dimensions of transformational leadership (i.e. idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration) on organizational commitment of the the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang which are mediated by job satisfaction. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 151 population of lecturers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 102 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded: first, the dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, except inspirational motivation. Second, the dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, and individualized consideration have not significant effect on organizational commitment, except intellectual stimulation. Third, job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Fourth, the dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration have positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as mediation, but inspirational motivation have not significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as mediation. This study proposed a model for building the organizational commitment among the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership with job satisfaction as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve the lecturer readiness in facing the era of education 4.0

    Pengaruh Work-Family Conflict, Stres Kerja dan Social Support terhadap Kepuasan Kerja: Studi Kasus pada Guru Wanita di Tangerang

    This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict, job stress and social support (supervisor, peer and family support) on job satisfaction of the woman teachers of two private schools in Banten. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 145 population of woman teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 139 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict, peer support and family support have significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job stress and supervisor sopport have not significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing social support and manage job stress and work-family conflict. This research could pave the way to improve woman teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh konflik kerja-keluarga terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan wanita dari industri pengemasan di Tangerang yang dimoderasi oleh dukungan sosial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan simple random sampling untuk 171 populasi karyawan wanita. Hasil kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan valid adalah 134 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konflik kerja-keluarga memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sementara itu, konflik kerja-keluarga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
